Returns

1. Customers wishing to return merchandise must include a copy of the original invoice. Credits are granted at the discretion of RIKOTI. 2. Customers returning items 30 days after the invoice date will be charged a 10% restocking fee. 3. All merchandise must be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Merchandise returned after this time period will be credited against future purchases and the amount of the invoice is still due and should be paid in full within 30 days. 4. Items should be returned with a copy of the original invoice, and reason for return of the merchandise. Customers attempting to return item(s) without original packaging and any warranty information will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item(s) to them.

RMA - Return Merchandise Authorization

Should you not be satisfied with your purchase, RIKOTI is pleased to offer a refund of your purchased item, returned in its original condition. You may choose between two refunds schemes: either a reimbursement on your bank account or a purchase voucher deductible from your next order. The merchandise must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.  Here is the process to follow: 1. Login with your email address and password at www.rikoti.com. 2. Send us a return request :     a. From «Your account» area, click on «Your orders». The list of your orders will be displayed.     b. On the line of the order containing the item you wish to return, click on «Details».     c. From the details of the order, tick the box of the merchandise you wish to return.     d. In the box «Quantity», indicate the number of items you wish to return.    e. In the box «Returns and refunds», tell us what you prefer: a reimbursement on your bank account (credit slips) or a purchase voucher    deductible from your next order at www.rikoti.com.     f. Click on «Make a RMA» slip. 3. On receipt of your return request, you will be advised by email that we are waiting for your package. A return label will be made available. You can print it from the www.rikoti.com site «Your account - Your merchandise returns») and insert it in your return package. 4. On receipt of the returned items, you will be advised by email that we have received your package. We will then verify that the items are in the original conditions (please refer to our conditions of return acceptation in Terms and conditions). If applicable, either refund of the purchase price of the item(s) will be made to the credit card/bank account used to pay for the original order or a purchase voucher will be issued, according to your choice when you generated the return request. In case of refund, a credit slip will be issued, testifying that RIKOTI will reimburse your return. It will be accessible from «Your account - Your credit slips» on the www.rikoti.com site. In case of a purchase voucher, a code will be sent to you. You will be able to use your voucher for your next order. The amount will be automatically deducted from the total amount of your new order.

Exchanges

The process to follow for an exchange is the same as the one for returns but with the use of a purchase voucher. You will order the new items you want to buy in exchange and pay with the purchase voucher.
