Merchandise shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Federal Express or UPS insured, with tracking and delivery with signature confirmation. If you prefer delivery by another courier with required signature, please choose appropriate method of shipping courier or contact us. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.  Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and insurance of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Merchandise Returns

For returns and exchanges please call us prior shipping the product back to receive RMA number (see 'RMA - Return Authorization Number' section for more details). Indicate the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. All returned items Must be in good condition, new and unworn. We will credit the value of the item you were charged.
